Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at New World Saigon Hotel, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions, and the Executive Lounge was a lovely touch. However, I did find the breakfast prices quite high and encountered some issues with the room amenities, which affected my overall experience.
I had a decent stay at New World Saigon Hotel, enjoying its great location near Ben Thanh Market and a lovely park right in front. The staff were genuinely friendly and efficient, making my experience more pleasant. However, the room I had felt a bit dated and smaller compared to other five-star hotels I've visited. Overall, it was a nice experience, but the rooms could definitely use some improvement.
I recently spent a good 7 nights at New World Saigon Hotel and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The Residence Club room was quiet, and I loved the complimentary offerings in the Club Lounge, especially the impressive nightly food selection. However, some minor drawbacks included a bit of noise from renovation work during the day and an older pool area that needs attention.
My stay at New World Saigon Hotel was quite luxurious, especially with the Residence Club benefits. The excellent location made it easy to explore local markets and eateries. However, I did feel a bit pressured during check-in to upgrade my room, which took away from the initial excitement.
I recently stayed at the New World Saigon Hotel and while it had its highlights, there were also some areas for improvement. The location was perfect for exploring the city. and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, I found the dining options to be overpriced compared to local alternatives, and some facilities, like the pool, were quite busy at times.
