I had a pleasant stay at New World Saigon Hotel, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions, and the Executive Lounge was a lovely touch. However, I did find the breakfast prices quite high and encountered some issues with the room amenities, which affected my overall experience.

The Residence Club room was quiet, and I loved the complimentary offerings in the Club Lounge, especially the impressive nightly food selection.
